Fat and sweaty people are similar to seals; FAT and WET. I am sure you don‘t want to be a fat seal. Even if you secretly do, you CAN’T, you have a human body, so snap out of your fantasies!!! Take that body and carve it into something like a giraffe, getting my point? Exactly, because it is skinny.
Besides, everything that a guy does usually starts and ends with a girl he likes to impress. So it is true after all, there is a woman behind every successful man. Anyways the point is you need to get rid of that hippo like belly and rhino-like butts!!! So to help you guys get rid of fat, your body has stored over the years. I have some weight loss tips for men.
Keep in mind that if you are looking exercise related tips, then you are at a wrong place because not all of us have time and money to hit the gym. So these methods are for guys who are like me; LAZY!
Now before we start, you just need to keep one thing in mind which is; you built that fat over the years, so don’t expect it to go away in days. It will take some months, but you will definitely notice some changes. Okay so without keeping you guys waiting any further let’s dive in:
Cut off the junk food
You need to start by getting rid of the habit of eating every fast food item you see. Don’t waste your money on Mc Donald’s when its core purpose is to turn you into a giant ball of fat, and when you reach that level you won’t have enough motivation to go back, and you will be trapped for your whole life eating buckets of wings and dozens of big macs.
I don’t know why there is so much saliva in my mouth while writing about these food items, guess I forgot to brush today. Anyways, let’s not get carried away.
You need to start breaking the habit of eating junk food. Start by reducing the amount of junk food you eat in a week, if you eat ten burgers in a week, cut it to 8 for the first two weeks, I don’t know how JUST DO IT! Once you are on eight burgers, further reduce the amount to 5 this time. And keep on doing it until you went to zero, and I mean absolute ZERO!
And don’t worry you can cheat once in a while but not too much. The benefit of not eating junk food is that you will not gain further weight; hence you can focus on reducing the weight you already have.
Tip: Also cut sugar intake, nothing complicated, just make it half. Turn the intake of soft drinks to half and the amount of sugar in coffee or tea to a half. It will be effective in long run.
Once you have stopped the supply of fat to your body, now you can fight the fat stored in it. To do that you need to boost your metabolism because to lose fat and not muscle which is the goal in healthy weight loss. You need to have an efficient metabolism.
Metabolism turns the fat into energy which is a win-win situation. Because you are getting rid of fat and gaining energy at the same time, how wonderful is that! You can boost your metabolism through many ways like you can do a little warmup cardio like pushups, plank, rope jumping and jumping jacks.
Do these every morning and exercises in a way that they all fit in a total of 20 minutes. Next thing is a cup of green tea with lemon’s juice in it. It will taste bitter at first, but after 2 weeks you will get used to the taste, and believe me guys the combo of green tea and lemon is a very effective way to lose weight. But bear in mind that you should not drink more than 2 cups a day, as it can have a harmful impact on your stomach if consumed a lot.
Drink lots of Water
This may seem strange, but it works. A study of overweight women examined the effects of increasing water intake to over 1 liter (34 oz) per day. They found that over a 12-month period, this resulted in an extra 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of weight loss.
So in the light of this study. It is safe to say that drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day will help you lose weight in the long run. Because water also helps in metabolism and also, drinking water can reduce appetite. Because your belly will be filled with water already, so there will be less space for food.
Now comes our last tip, which requires a little bit of effort for a LAZY person like me, but it is certainly effective. Walk at least 1 km a day. This is not hard, 1km is not that much distance. But, it will help you increase your metabolism, and as I have already mentioned, after cutting fat supply our primary focus is in reducing existing fat through increasing metabolism.
Besides, walking helps your body heat up. Which directly puts an effect on the fat, as the heat melts the fat. So when your body gets warm enough, it will melt away the fat deposits in your body.
Keep in mind that these tips are for people cannot find much time from their daily routine to work on their fat. So if you have plenty of time and money, then you can hit the gym which will transform you rapidly but will require a lot of effort and money. But if you can afford to wait a little longer then you are more than welcome to try out these tips. Because these methods will help you lose weight, but it will take some time.
